Psychology support is an integral part of recovery. I work with athletes, dancers, performers, and individuals experiencing injury, pain, illness or setbacks to transform their journey. I help individuals to mentally process injury and pain, overcome frustration and setbacks, navigate re-injury anxiety and fear when returning to activity, enhance their positive coping, and restore confidence.

I work with physiotherapists and medical staff to help psychologically inform their environments through CPD to enhance recovery outcomes for their clients. This encompasses one-to-one support, team workshops, Certified CPD Training, and a wide range of psychological tools and workbooks to help support the mental side of rehab for their clients.

I work with organisations to evolve and transform their culture. I work to develop impactful psychologically safe and informed environments to flex in times of change, setbacks or adversity. This support encompasses evaluation, workshops, CPD Training, and tools which can be utilised daily to move towards creating a psychologically flexible culture.
